Legal Basis
The processing of personal data is carried out under Art. 6, paragraph 1, letters a) (consent) and b) (performance of a contract) of EU Regulation 2016/679. Consent is not required when processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to comply with legal obligations. Legitimate interests also include fraud prevention, system security, and direct marketing within the limits of Art. 5 of the GDPR.
Lawfulness and Purpose of Processing
Personal data are necessary for the conclusion and execution of contracts and for tax obligations. Data are shared only with professionals responsible for accounting and tax management, who are appointed as Data Processors. The processed data include personal, accounting/administrative, and banking information.
Data Retention Period
Personal data are stored in the company database for the time necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Digital data are kept on servers protected by firewalls and passwords; paper documents are stored in locked archives.
Data Communication Scope
Data may be communicated to:
- affiliated or subsidiary companies;
- third-party companies involved in the execution of services;
- companies or consultants managing hardware/software systems;
- public or private entities required for legal or contractual obligations;
- authorized entities for regulatory or administrative purposes.
Data are not subject to dissemination.
Organizational and Technical Measures
ATICELL LTD applies appropriate technical and organizational measures, processing only the data necessary for each specific purpose. This privacy notice may be updated to reflect regulatory or technological developments.
Automated Processes
No automated processing or profiling activities are performed, except for technical operations aimed at improving the user experience. No automated decisions producing legal effects on the data subject are made.
